Caitlin Weber is Appointed Executive Director of Lambda Delta Xi Inc.

It is with pride and excitement that Lambda Delta Xi Diaternity Inc. announces that Caitlin Weber has been appointed to the position of Executive Director. Caitlin has been with Lambda Delta Xi from nearly the very beginning, joining in the first official cohort of new members in 2015. Since then, Caitlin has served on the executive board of Alpha chapter and then on the Board of Directors upon completing her undergraduate degree. For the past five years, Caitlin has demonstrated leadership and dedication when serving Lambda Delta Xi.

On accepting this new position Caitlin said; “I am very excited to be the new Executive Director of Lambda Delta Xi Diaternity. I have watched the organization grow over the years and I can't wait to see what we can accomplish in the future.” The Board echoes her statement as the organization continues to grow and improve in our mission to bring LGBTQ+ acceptance to higher education campuses.

In her new position, Caitlin will be spearheading Lambda Delta Xi’s improvements to its procedures and outreach. As the Board embraces the power of the Internet to expand the reach of our organization, especially in the time of COVID-19, it also is embracing the power of deep connections made with its members and chapters. Caitlin and the Board are looking forward to connecting with chapters and forging more bonds of solidarity between chapters and between members and the Board.

Lambda Delta Xi is looking forward to beginning this new chapter of our story and continuing our work on campuses with new vigor!
