Caitlin weber
Executive Director
Caitlin Weber is a JD candidate at University of Baltimore Law School with hopes to become a community-focused lawyer for LGBTQ+ related issues. She joined Alpha Chapter in 2015 as part of its first official round of new members, and served as Secretary and President during her time at Kutztown University. Caitlin enjoys horror movies, karaoke, and rock concerts. She has been a part of the Board of Directors since 2018, serving as Director of Chapter Engagement and Retention before serving as Executive Director.
shakeera wynne
Director of Alumni Relations
Shakeera Wynne, MSW, is one of the first initiates of Lambda Delta Xi Diaternity through Alpha Chapter at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. Her experience with serving as a member of the historically Black Greek Lettered Organization, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., has assisted with building the foundation of the Diaternity. Wynne received her Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Denver in 2020. She enjoys stepping with her sorority's step team, as well as advocating for and educating others about marginalized individuals.
kaden alexander
Director of New Campus Outreach
Kaden Alexander is a JD candidate at IU McKinney School of law, striving to become an LGBTQ+ Advocate Lawyer. He started Beta Chapter to bring more cohesiveness and family to "The Region" of Indiana. He came out and transitioned when he was 18 and has been a strong advocate in his community especially on transgender rights. He is happily married to his high school sweetheart and co-Beta Charter Member Teri being the first LDXi marriage. His favorite hobbies are intramural/community sports and Dungeons & Dragons. He has been apart of the Board of Directors since 2019.
kylin camburn
Director of Internet Relations
Kylin joined Lambda Delta Xi in 2016 and served as the Vice President and President of Alpha Chapter before graduating from Kutztown University in 2018 with a B.A. in Communication Studies. During college Kylin also served as a GLAAD Campus Ambassador for two years. Kylin currently works in social work in Pennsylvania teaching youth about healthy relationships and sexual health. Kylin is passionate about LGBTQ+ history, the art of storytelling and the environment. Kylin's hobbies include hiking, reading, writing poetry, making LGBTQ+ history content, listening to podcasts and playing Dungeons and Dragons. Kylin joined the Board in 2019.
teri alexander
Director of Treasury
Teri Alexander is pursuing her Master's of Finance online at CSU global. She was a founder of Beta Chapter because she wanted to find more like minded individuals and help build solidarity in the LGBTQ+ community in Northwest Indiana. She got married in 2018, bought a house in 2019, and hopes to concieve in 2020. She enjoys getting tattoos and being dungeon master for her dungeons and dragons campaign. She was elected to the Board of Directors in July 2020.
